Terms & refund policy

edit_noteTemplate text — replace with your own terms, reviewed by a lawyer if you can, before launch.

Free beta

RackHeat is currently a free beta. Features may change, and the service may become paid in future. You'll be told by email before any charge applies.

What you get

A one-time payment of $5.00 USD gives one account lifetime access to the calculator for as long as the service operates.

Estimates only

Results are planning estimates based on the values you enter. They are not a substitute for manufacturer specifications, a licensed electrician, or an HVAC engineer. Electrical work must follow your local electrical code.

Refunds

Contact support@rackheat.ca within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded accounts lose access.

Accounts

One account per person. Do not share your login. We may close accounts that are abused.
